QUT Health and Medical Service is an accredited* facility available to the University community including students, staff, contractors and visitors to QUT.

Health and Medical Services is a Student Support Service that seeks to assist students with their health needs so that they may achieve an optimal academic performance in the shortest possible time.

Our team of medical practitioners, psychologist, registered nurses, and administration staff are experienced to provide a safe, confidential and professional environment for students and staff to address medical, health and emotional issues.

If you have any special needs, please discuss them with your doctor, nurse or reception staff.

Pathology results

Most pathology results may be obtained over the phone by contacting the medical service and speaking with the nurse. In some cases patients may need to come into the clinic to receive their results in person.

A suggestion box is provided for your convenience in the waiting room. If you wish to take the matter further and feel you need to discuss the matter outside the Health Services you may contact the Medical Registration Board, AMA or Health Care Complaints commission.
